Profile Description

   I started working as a bilingual Virtual Assistant around year 2020 and have experience working for a  property management company in the US, assisting landlords and property managers do administrative tasks and responding to inquiries/complaints of their tenants. Currently, I am working for an Auto loan company as an account manager, keeping customers' account in good standing, collecting payments and providing options to help our customers avoid Repo.

     Previously, I worked in a BPO company as a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative. I was trained to provide best solution to customer's complaints and do some administrative tasks for customer satisfaction and retention. I can multitask under minimal supervision and able to meet deadlines. Having a college degree in IT, I have a good command of technology and can learn any tools and concepts quickly to meet client’s requirements and standards.
