With more than 5 years of experience under my belt, I am the perfect person to do the job.Since 2010 I had my exposure in the outsourcing industry, I started as a customer service representative for both technical and non-technical Upgrade to see actual infomunication is and always been my passion and I firmly believe in fully comprehending customers' needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction. I have the skills to meticulously understand customer concerns and properly match it with the right solutions.

I worked with US, Australian and UK customers. After two plus years' in handling customer service , I continued my career in the outsourcing industry as a Virtual Assistant in Real Estate and in Accounting and Bookkeeping. I have the skills in Real Estate lead generation and appointment setting, using various CRMs  (Vulcan37,Mojo,Redx and Landvoice).
