Profile Description

I am a former Technical Support Representative of VXi Global holdings Incorporated for the account ICM AT&T U-verse. After I worked as a Tech Support, I got a job offer as Homebased VA/Customer Service/Support for an E-commerce store. I have worked for several accounts and I have done several things as VA/Customer Support. I have done Email Customer Support which handles support tickets and emails using Gmail, Exsellco, Mailzoho, and Zendesk for the customer's concerns and inquiries regarding their order/s and etc. 

I have also done  Shopify Order Fulfillment using Oberlo, Ali express, Uploading Tracking Numbers and Fulfilling orders. Aside from that, I have also done Product research and Listing. Searching and listing products from Ali express, Amazon, etc. to Shopify. And I have done Social Media Handling Posting, Browsing, and Searching E.G. Facebook, Answering comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.

Web research
MS Applications
Google Drive (Spreadsheet, Docs)
Phone handling Inbound/Outbound Customer service
