My years of experience working to outsourcing company laid the groundwork for how I approach all of my current work - people-driven and technology enabled.  I bring experience combining e-commerce, virtual support, sales, customer support, website maintenance, social media management, market research and other administrative responsibilities with technical background. 

Trained in customer service, SEO and online marketing with experience in 
e-Commerce websites using WordPress and associated plug-ins. I am also familiar with WooCommerce and Shopify.

I have worked on my own and as part of a team. Timing and accuracy for me are of utmost importance because it brings out our discipline and commitment to the Upgrade to see actual infobined with a little sense of humor and a positive attitude, I master how to become solutions-oriented professional.

***Lead Generation - Generate marketing qualified leads, Lead conversion (landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action)

***Customer Service - Phone, Email and Chat Support. Provide an excellent service and customer satisfaction is always my priority, after all we are customers too in different ways. 

***Social Media Management - Social media strategy and planning. Social media calendars. Research. scheduling, graphic design, message monitoring, social media reports.

***Web Maintenance & Support -  I focus on WordPress websites. I can design and manage websites that are fast and secure. I make sure that the product meets the required quality standards including reliability, security, usability and performance.

***Shopify - Product listings. Order fulfillment. Reply to support tickets.

***Admin Responsibilities - End to end project management. Research. Data Entry. Lead Generation.
