I have 4 years of teaching experience under my belt. I mostly teach music but I have also taught English several times. Oftentimes, I have been branded a "grammar nazi" since I have always been particular with it, even in informal settings. I have excellent communication skills both in English and in Filipino. I also speak Spanish and Italian at a limited working proficiency (A2, waystage/conversant level).
I am currently working as a Marketing Manager for a marketing agency in the Netherlands, and as a Social Media Manager and Copywriter for two Website Development companies in Phoenix, Arizona. I have been with these companies for over a year now, which in turn gave provided me a lot of training in the E-commerce business. I am well-versed in Shopify, Asana, Dropified, Oberlo, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, TeamWork, Preview, Trello, and a multitude of other programs necessary for digital marketing. I also write blogs, newsletters, case studies, and articles while constantly do copywriting and proofreading for all content before they could be published in our clients' websites. At present, I manage a total of 19 social media accounts. As much as possible, I stay updated so I know all the trends and
Having mentioned my affiliations above, I am equipped in writing, may it be in song, prose, or poetry. I graduated as a Music Education major from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, which is one of our country's most prestigious institutions. I have composed, arranged, and digitally edited music both for school and for work. I have an extensive background knowledge in music-- history and performance-wise, as indicated in my CV. Due to my busy schedule, though, I only teach get to teach music once or twice a week.
I have supervised and spearheaded multiple events in the past which turned out to be a success.
English has always been my first language. Considering that my Mom is a writer of several English books, we have always implemented an "English Campaign" at home. Coincidentally, the same rules apply to our school.
I have always been fond of writing. I started to write my own song s when I was 7. Apart from that, several works of mine have been displayed in various school exhibits.
This is one of the things that excite me because I am very natural when marketing via social media.
