I'm Upgrade to see actual info and when I am not analyzing Netflix shows or writing my novel, I save clients like you from their overwhelming business needs.  

Here are some of my 'powers' or skills if you must:

1. CRM Administration
  -I have extensive knowledge of CRMs like Hubspot & Active Campaign. This tool together with my expertise can help you setup and fix your messy client database, automate newsletters and email sequences, and even streamline your sales management. 
  -I believe startups, influencers, coaches and other small businesses and brands should at least use one CRM if they want to save time, energy and money sorting their business data & marketing. There's a way to automate and arrange data and I can help you with that!

2. Social Media Management
  -I have handled Social Media Pages, most of it are Facebook Pages and I have experience on Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram business pages. I can help you develop a social media strategy to increase followers, brand awareness or convert likers and followers to customers and direct traffic to your eCommerce store. I can also help curate engaging social media content and effective ad copies.
  -If you are struggling with your social media brand, content or following, I could brainstorm with you and achieve your social media goals!

3. Content/ Article/ Blog /Newsletter Writing
  -Romantic fact about me: my greatest dream is to write my novel and get that ISBN. It's something I am working on during my free time.
  -My thirst for writing does not end in fiction, I can help you create content or write blogs in your webpages to make sure that we send the right message of your brand/company or leverage content as marketing strategy so that people will follow/check your website daily. Thus, maintaining traffic.
   -I have written about country music, HR practices, personal development, mental health, eCommerce and even succinct how-to's. 

4. Admin/Email Support and Customer Service
  -My digital career stemmed from being a beginner to buff in Admin work and Customer Service. Previously a corporate fellow, I have experience as a Bank Representative for US credit cards speaking with US cardholders. After dUpgrade to see actual info to pursue a freelance career, my first job was a full-time online hero handling email support and ensuring excellent customer service to customers of my Australian client. 
  -I think what people forget about email support is that there's actually a human reading on the other side of the fence. It's important to realize that customers should still feel valued and respected by the response they get from an email. Templates are good but personalized templates are perfection! If you are looking to improve your email support system and customer support, I'm also your guy!
