Profile Description

I am very interested in the opportunity for a home base employment. I would love to utilize my skills in both verbal and written communication. I have a strong familiarity with how the BPO industry works. I am also adept in conducting training (product, sales and marketing, social media) both virtually-- via Zoom, Facebook, and Microsoft Teams. Additionally, I am highly creative and familiar in creating Training Modules via Powerpoint presentation and Adobe Captivate.
