Thank you for viewing my profile. I've worked in a prominent real estate company as a Researcher, Title Abstractor/Examiner, and Team Leader-Full Research Quality Assurance for 22 years. My job roles included: creating a Title plant database and ran a complete Title search package. Full search reports included: complete legal descriptions, conveyance info, deed-chaining, encumbrance of records, tax liens, easements, probate, finding eviction list from online court cases, and other real estate matters, which includes different types of properties like a commercial, residential, vacant land, leasehold, rancho, mobile home parks, and many others. I am highly knowledgeable in advanced map reading and procedures using PLLS, GIS, Google Maps, Arb, Tract map, and different title search maps. Additionally, I've gained work experiences in the different types of industries and social media marketing such as *Web researching/scraping *Lead Generation *Document Analyst *Email Marketing *Email Management *Database Management *Online Marketing and other admin tasks.
I also worked as a Real Estate Appraisal assistant before in Ohio, a U.S. Company. I’ve created Appraisal Report and delivered a Real Estate VA in New Orleans, LA, remotely. And Real Estate VA under Realty LLC from New Orleans, LA remotely also. I'm confident in my ability to make anything I put my mind to success.
