I've been in the customer service field and HR practice for roughly 10 years now. I am knowledgeable in operating the Avaya, both for hard phone and soft phone. I am very knowledgeable with Taleo and Workday, some of the HR applications I currently use. I am a TSI DDI certified recruiter. And I have experience in both volume and corporate recruitment. I am a single parent and I am looking at leaving my office job soon so I can have more time with my son. With my solid and vast experience in both Customer Service and Human Resource, I hope I can bring the good practices I have learned from employers (1st employer is in the Fortune 1000 while the latest one is at Fortune 500) to you business.
