Profile Description

I have over 3 years experience of various executive administrative tasks. I can manage contact list and spreadsheets, organize client’s schedule and can set up meeting between the client and his customer. I can also make travel arrangements and hotel accomodations and process customer inquiries via phone, email or chat. I know Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Calendar/Spreadsheets and the like. I also know how to use Wordpress, Asana, Lucidchart, Teamviewer but not really an expert of it. Aside from that, I have the skills related to health since I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. I am an efficient worker, dependable and can work with minimum supervision. I have the strong ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and manage my time effectively. I am very keen to details, and very willing to learn new skills required for a job assigned.
I want a long term job on a full time basis that can provide opportunities for growth and knowledge.
