Profile Description

I started working as an accountant in 2008 for 6different clients of different industry. One is a VOIP provider, another one has a chain of restaurants, one is in news and media, architectural designs, a law firm, and a primary school. I have used Quickbooks for all these clients to journalize their daily transactions and from there, I exported the data to excel to create and prepare reports requested by the client.
After that, I was hired as a sr. Accountant where I used MYOB. I was reporting directly to my boss in Hongkong although the office is here in the Philippines. I was tasked to do the whole accounting cycle as well.
In my last job as a reporting and analysis manager, I headed the upgrading of our system which is the Microsoft dynamics or Navision. We upgraded from version 4 to version 7.
As such, I have to learn, if not all, the basic of how the system works so I could provide solution for simple Upgrade to see actual info includes, creating chart of accounts, dimensions and etc.
To prepare reports requested by the management, not included in the system itself, I have to export the voluminous data to excel and I used several simple excel formulas to create the report.
