Profile Description

I previously worked as a customer service specialist for a US-based telephone company (Sprint) and has specialized in handling irate customers, explaining complex bills, and basic phone troubleshooting. I also worked as a sales agent that would benefit Australian charities like Disabled Children's Foundation, Bowel Cancer Australia, and RSPCA.
Was employed as an eBay analyst/e-Commerce manager, I have completed the eBay masterclass of Mr. eBay himself, Mr. Tim Davies. I can use some useful Excel (or Google sheets) formulas though I do not consider myself an expert on those aspects. I have worked for thousands of eBay product listings using Neto and thousands of website product listings through BigCommerce — writing descriptions as well as title and search engine optimizations. I handled a team of brand managers taking care of each and everyone’s schedule, issues, KPIs, reports, and concerns, and making sure every one of us are doing our tasks for our client’s satisfaction.
It's natural for me to always find all the possible resolution before asking help and I figure things out my way. I want a part-time, high-paying, and a stable job where we can help each other by both learning and earning without taking too much of our time and offers flexibility.
