• Coordinate directly with the Account Managers to gather details about requirements, submissions, interviews and, hires.
• Implement processes within the team to maintain organization and coordination.
• Performed training and development for new members, and continuously coaching and monitoring recruiters’ performance and challenges.
• Coordinate with client representative for status report: requirements, candidates, interviews, pipeline
• Strategize and streamlines recruitment process within the team for proper coordination.
• Performing employee relationship building with the existing consultants, handling issues, concerns and escalations in the project.
• Monitoring performance of recruiters in the team, KPIs, and working together toward achieving target as an individual and the whole team.
• Works together with the offshore team, to ensure requirements will be met within the given timeline.
• Managed end-to-end on-boarding of new hires.
• Maintained and updated trackers, databases, and emails across all clients.
