I have experienced working as a Product Lister on eBay, a Title Optimizer, and a Product Researcher. I have worked as an accounts receivable clerk for 2 years. My job was to record all incoming charge receipts and reconcile the balances monthly.
I have also worked as a bookkeeper for a non-government project. As a bookkeeper, my job was not focused only on preparing the books but I also do the duties of a purchaser. I also do some site inspections based on the beneficiaries' needs, preparing the necessary bank reconciliation, managing the petty cash fund and preparing the financial reports.
I also had an experience working as an encoder using the system of the company I worked with.
As an Administrative Assistant, presently, most of my tasks are doing product research for eBay using Chili Hunter as our tool for researching. Then, I also do Title Optimization and Listing of the products to publish on eBay using DSMtool. I've also done data entry using google docs and google sheets, copying and pasting the content of a blog to Wordpress, and email handling like sending regular campaigns using Mailchimp.
I can write well in English.
With regards to Lead Generation, my tasks were to search for emails of lead prospects.
I use Wondershare Filmora and Camtasia in my Video Editing tasks. With Photoshop, I do change background, color, and filtering.
I have several years work experience as a project bookkeeper, data entry bookkeeper and handled account receivables books.
