A brief introduction about me. I've been a Merch by Amazon and Print on Demand Project Manager / Account Manager for six years. I know this industry inside and out.
My responsibilities include:
? Design / Keyword researcher - using various tools to analyze data such as competition, search volume, monthly sales, etc. Numbers are important to me as they show if that niche has potential. I make sure that I can get ahead of the trends early. But the criteria depend on what clients want; some want evergreen niches, while others want trending or new niches with potential. I also reverse-check the best seller's ASIN to see some hidden niches.
I used tools such as Helium10, Merch Informer, Flying Research, Sorting Social, Productor, Research Base, Amazon Suggestion Bar, Merch Ninja, and Keywords Everywhere, Upgrade to see actual info depends on the client's tool.
? Product Lister - ensure all listings are checked for trademark and comply with Amazon's TOS. Optimized listings must be packed with rich keywords related to the designs and based on the keywords research data.
? Admin tasks - I'm an all-around VA. I also accept other tasks related to Merch by Amazon and Print on Demand business.
