Profile Description

Here's a brief background of my work experience. I have 12 years of experience in BPO doing different tasks, positions and responsibilities. My first experience was Technical Support Rep in email and chat support. I was part of a hybrid team doing billing, technical and customer service. I got promoted as a Senior, Product Trainer that includes Quality Monitoring and eventually as a Team Lead handling 24 agents. As years had passed, I have switched to being a Sales Specialist since I earn more money because of commissions compare to being a Team Lead, I handled B2B and B2C accounts. I have worked as well as a Lead Generation Specialist doing data mining, research and appointment setting. Currently, I'm working for an Australian client that is in the Financial Industry. I'm working as a Lead Generation Manager doing Digital Marketing, this include FB post since we have several pages we are maintaining. Gathering leads via Google, LinkedIn and other sources I can find online. Maintaining database that includes cleaning up using Excel. I'm also responsible for creating automated marketing campaigns using Infusionsoft.
With my years of experience, I have undergone different training and handled different CRMs/tools. I have used KANA for email support, LivePerson for chat support, currently using Infusionsoft but used Salesforce and Netsuite for CRMs before.
