Profile Description

I have 6 years of solid experience in the field of Human Resources, more than 3 years is doing recruitment; for 10 months, I handled timekeeping. I have also attended 2 months' training as an HR Contact Center Representative for a Canadian client. I have been employed for 1 year in a government bank based in the Philippines under the Learning and Development - Training Team, while doing my full time work in the government bank, I worked as a part time Virtual Assistant, doing HR, admin and compliance work for an eCommerce business of health and wellness products based in Florida.
As an HR practitioner, I have developed my communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Also, I am very keen to details as needed in my task as a timekeeper. I was able to finish a project of timekeeping and Leave Reports automation along with the IT team. I have basic knowledge in MS Excel and am comfortable in creating and maintaining different reports. I have good writing skills and can do data entry. Having received training in a contact center, I have been equipped in call and email handling. I have also developed my organization and interpersonal skills when I have been part of a Training Team.
