Profile Description

I have a solid Human Resource experience of 3 years in an ISO Certified local company. I was in charge of the whole recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, and onboarding through the preparation of final pay and quitclaim. Hiring is one of my major roles. I facilitate quarterly performance evaluations and source for training and development providers to improve the skills of our employees. I also have experience creating SOP for HR Department and handling disciplinary actions. I can easily adapt to the management rules and policies and be able to give you positive results. 

I have experience working with Google Suits. For project management tools, I use Trello and Click Up, while Skype, Zoom, and WhatsApp are for communication tools. I have experience posting Job Ads on Facebook, Upwork, and Onlinejobs.ph.
