Customer Service Specialist:
-Providing customer support for billing related inquiries between business and its customers.
-Responsible for closing a line of business like sales in service to the customer.
-Assists customer through chat and phone for processing payments, bill disputes, bill explanation and sales with proficiency.
-Handling customer complaints and dealing with them in accordance with established policies and procedures
Quality Assurance Specialist:
-Sample and evaluate end user transactions for accuracy and conformance to Quality Standards.
-Report results of evaluations to appropriate Quality/Operations Stakeholders (Quality Leadership Supervisor and Account Management Team) on a weekly and monthly basis.
-Achieve departmental productivity requirements (e.g. number of calls monitored per month on schedule, number of e-mails evaluated, etc.).
-Facilitate and/or participate in calibration sessions with Quality Leadership staff, personnel and clients.
-Participate in performance improving task forces with Account Management and Clients.
-Participate in internal quality audits and recommend changes.
-Demonstrate mastery and comprehension of client's quality standards.
-Facilitate program specific internal calibration sessions
