Profile Description

I have been a Wordress Web Designer for almost 5 years. Three years of this is working with a company and two years as a freelance web designer.
Before becoming a Freelance Web Designer, I also have worked for various BPO companies as a technical support representative. I have worked as a Technical Specialist with Zopim Ltd., one of the most well-known Live Chat Support system right now. Working with them also gives me the ability to also handle Zendesk as a ticketing system for email support.
Aside from being a Wordpress Designer and Technical/Customer Support Represenative, I also have knowledge when it comes to Graphics Design using both Adobe Photoshop and CoreDraw.
My objective is to provide 100?curate service to my client and give client full satisfaction. I am hard worker, honest and very dedicate to my job. I always respect the deadline. So my aim is to deliver a good job in less estimated time.
