Hi, my name is Upgrade to see actual info. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Major in Operations Management. I built my career with customer service as my foundation. This helped me improve my professional and people skills. I've been working for more than 4 years in the BPO industry and the rest of my career as a freelancer. I love dealing with concerns which requires a huge amount of logic to resolve and take responsibility for it.
