Profile Description

For the last 2 years, I worked as a full-time virtual assistant in the real estate field and customer service. Within those 2 years, I had 2 clients, first one was a 1 on 1 client who is a private investor where I spent 5mos. I did warm calling half of my shift and half of it was for admin works. My client generates a list of property owners, which we are tasked to call to inquire if they are interested in selling their properties. If they agree, then we prepare the necessary documents and send it back to them for their signature. Once the sale is closed, we are also tasked to look for a maintenance company or repairmen to fix the house. After that, we will be searching for realtors or direct buyers who are looking to buy properties. Unfortunately, due to financial reasons, my first client had to cut down the number of Vas he has and decided to retain the tenured ones. My second client was with a property managing company where I have spent almost 1 year. Basically, it is an in-house call center. we directly work with owners and tenants. we manage rental property for owners, look for tenants, if there is anything that needs to be repaired, we also have our maintenance team to take care of repairs. We also are in charge of collecting tenant’s rent payments. But my main task is to handle general clients concerns. I receive calls from either tenants or owners and route them to specific departments for further assistance. I also assist them if they have simple questions regarding their rent payment or balance. If the owner calls about unpaid rents, I call back the tenants to remind them of their rent payment.
I am also knowledgeable in using Podio, Dotloop and Zoho since these are the CRMs used by my previous clients. I know how to use apps in G-Suite and MS office
I also have more than 3 years of work experience in the BPO industry. Some of my strengths include my ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, I am resourceful and easily trained. I am independent and I work with very minimal supervision. I am a fast learner and I make sure that any task at hand is done according to what is required and I even exceed what is expected. I am also good at managing my time which helps me finish my tasks on time or ahead of the deadline to make time for any improvements or adjustments. Most importantly, I possess the trait of a person who works online, that is integrity - I do my work or task properly without anyone watching
