Profile Description

I have been working in the call center industry for 12 years now, 7 years of outbound and inbound sales & 5 years doing home-based Quality Assurance, outbound sales and general virtual assistance. I have handled numerous accounts like Vonage phone service, TimeWarner Cable, Cox Communications, Comcast, and Charter Communications. I have done appointment-setting for Medicare, Google Adwords, Final Expense and Solar Energy, Survey for Product Testing in Australia & collections. When I worked as a VP of Operations for a virtual call center, my job was more on telling the virtual agents what to do, where to transfer to, training them with the script, managing the dialer and doing quality assurance. My most recent post was as a Microsoft Cloud Specialist for an MS partner in Poland.
