I am a computer engineering graduate, hence I have an advanced understanding of computers and modern technology. I am very knowledgeable with managing social media platforms and creating marketing campaigns on Facebook pages, Instagram and Twitter.

I wanted to share a little background of my work experiences and my acquired skills. My last full-time work was technical support for Google in Manila. The company was Concentrix and we take care of customers over the phone with their Google Android phones on how to fix it,  from setting up their Google account on their mobiles to identifying if it is beyond repair or covered within the warranty. 

I was also a customer service expert as I have worked in the contact center industry for over 7 years, handling customer queries and complaints with several companies like Telstra, Microsoft, AT&T.

In 2016, I explored the world when I first traveled to Thailand and eventually got a teaching job for over a year. During those times, I got really homesick about my hometown which is Siquijor island, it's a tropical island with plenty of beautiful beaches and green sceneries. 

So I created a page to promote my Upgrade to see actual info that way, I wouldn't be able to miss my country so much especially my hometown. I did a self-study on Google ads, Facebook ads, SEO and all those skills I can acquire that will help me promote my page. 

I did some training online and enrolled in online courses that will allow improving my craft. Fortunately, things have paid off, my page became popular, and currently, it garnered almost 33, 000 followers as of this writing.
