I have been working in the call center/BPO industry for quite awhile in different types of programs such as customer service agent for health insurance, home and car insurance, computer software, and credit card services. I'm familiar with different kinds of CRM (Customer Relation Management) tools (but not quite all of them) because we use these tools to navigate through customer's account information.
I can also operate familiar software like MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Photoshop. I do a little bit of digital graphic arts design in Photoshop, and accept some paid layout services.
I am specific to details and can work with minimal supervision. I am amenable to learn new things. I also have built up a keen sense of listening skills as this was required in quality customer service.
This skills I have can be of help to the company and can still offer more than this.
