Profile Description

I have a degree as a health care provider but I don't think hospital setting is my thing.
Thus, I worked as a call center representative for years from customer service to technical support representative. I have done phone, chat and email support.
I also worked as almost everyone's assistant in one company in UAE.
Even though I don't have any business management background, my will to learn things through self studying helped me complete my tasks.
From the big boss to the company suppliers to the company customers, I did my best to attend their needs such as setting itinerary for business trip, researching what's the market demand, haggling and placing orders to the suppliers, and providing quotations to the customers.
I am looking for a long term employer where I can apply my clerical skills and critical thinking, and help me learn new things.
