Profile Description

I am a Culinary Arts graduate of La Consolacion College Manila. I had my practicum at Casa de La Flora, a 5-star hotel and resort in Thailand for 6 months. When I graduated, I received an award for Best Feasibility Study, Student Leadership Awardee, and Dean's Lister for the 2nd Semester S.Y 2015. I worked in Manila Catering Corporation as an Accounts/Events Coordinator, mainly supervising the activities of the Account Executives and the completion of their duties and helping them make sure that the events will be successful. My next job was as a Marketing Assistant at NIC’S Gourmet Desserts, Inc., sometimes I was assigned to our store located in Quezon City to supervise the store whenever the manager was not around. My latest job was as a Marketing Manager in a food manufacturing company located in Quezon City too. First, I was assigned to plan and execute a delivery service program within Metro Manila. I made an automatic Google Spreadsheet where I made all the binding formulas in a sheet to act as an internal purchase order for the company. I was also assigned to make the content for three brands for Facebook and Instagram. I made the postings using Adobe Photoshop and Canva and compose a concise caption and added relevant hashtags. I also made all the marketing collaterals from the box packaging down to the menus and flyers. I’m also the one who reaches out to expo and event organizers and plans the booth designs. Also, I source all suppliers for any raw materials the company requires. Lastly, I manage to help with the admin tasks for any department needed.
