I’m a positive, outgoing person who likes to experience new things. I've been working as a call center agent for 8 years. Handling a Smart prepaid account and 1 year & 4 months of experience as a social media specialist, particularly in TNT Facebook page. Currently working in a legal process, as a court specialist. My job is to call the court offices in Texas for follow ups, or to email. Requesting them for the documents like the citation and petition. I'm also doing eFilings. Has knowledge of data entry and Email response style. I believe I would be the ideal candidate based on the fact that I am well literate and well-versed with the English language and a workhorse in terms of customer satisfaction, leadership, and discipline. I am flexible with the schedule. I am very dedicated and hardworking. I am a great team player and can directly find techniques to encourage, inspire and motivate myself.
