Hi,
I've been working as a Cold Caller for a couple of years now. I have experience in calling homeowners in real estate campaigns mainly for potential buyers and sellers.

I have used different dialers/tools, such as Podio CRM; CALL TOOLS; CALLRAIL, MOJO, XENCALL, DialPad, top producer, Five9, Grasshopper, Ring Central and google hangouts.

I also search for property listings and skip trace High Equity, Pre-Foreclosure, Tax Delinquencies,  Vacant, Free and Clear using Propstream, TLO, Deal Machine, Mojo, EZSkiptracing, and Realeflow. 

As a Lead Manager, I do the following tasks: 
- List Pulling 
- Performance Coaching
- Call Monitoring & Coaching
- Training and Assessment
