I worked as a Customer Service Representative/Analyst for almost 8 years. Got promoted as a Quality Analyst, team lead and hiring officer. Customer engagement is one of my expertise. I am a people person and can easily adjust to any work environment I'll be assigned to. I am well trained in providing client satisfaction and make sure to cater their needs and inquiries. When I was in the Customer Service field, I specialize in resolving customer's problem as well as schedule appointments, provide specific instructions about a certain process, processing payments and refunds.
