Profile Description

5+ years in E-commerce industry with experience in the Supply Chain, Operations and Logistics, Distribution, and Freight Forwarder.
Establish a strategy for optimizing supply chain costs and services.
Collaborate with CEO, CFO, and Director of Operations to design internal workflows that facilitate transparency and operational efficiency.
Order management (processing retail, B2B, DTC, sample orders, refunds, and replacement).
Provide the status of the order and respond to the buyer's questions and concerns.
Provide weekly inventory reporting to the leadership team and initiate if a stock transfer and stock adjustments are needed.
With high experience in managing Xero, QuickBooks, DEAR by Cin7, SPS Commerce - EDI, Supplier Vendor Connection, Walmart Retail Link, 3PL Shipfusion, Opentext Grid, CommerceHub, and other ERP systems for smooth transactions.
Managing the account receivables and payables, broker's commissions, payment deductions, charge backs, and filing disputes.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Docs, Excel/Spreadsheets, GDrive and Adobe PDF, etc.)
Knowledgeable in project management tools such as Asana and Upgrade to see actual info
Able to communicate with the team using Slack, Skype, WeChat, Whatsapp, and Gmail.
