I’ve been engaged in the Real Estate Industry for 3 years now. I know how to use dialers like MOJO triple dialer, Xencall, CallRail, Calltools, VICIDial, Craigslist, Phone Burner, Vonage, PODIO doing drip sequence, REI Simple, REI, REIRail, RingCentral. You may notice I have pretty much covered every dialer used for cold calling. Let me include SKYPE as well. I’ve worked with Absentee, FSBO, FRBO, Pre - Foreclosure, Tax Delinquent, Commercial and residential properties, Multi-Family Homes. I  also have done skiptracing, sending proposals, and property posting. I know how to use PROPSTREAM. I was able to book successful appointments and generate dollars for the company and also got some commissions on it. For a total of 8 houses, 9 Apt., 1 condo, 2 lots in a total of 3 years in the business. (setting the appointment and being an Inside Sales Associate). In this span of time, I am in the Real Estate Industry I was able to go from being just a cold caller and knows how work needs to be done I was promoted as an Acquisitions Manager closing deals.
