1 year experience as an administrative assistant and another year as a pricing assistant in a San Diego, CA based company plus 11 years of experience in Knowledge Process Outsourcing performing customer service and support through emails, and messaging for First American Title Company in the  United States handling Title and Escrow Services and other Real Estate Transactions, are the competency and proficiency you'll get from me.

Also, having completed a Virtual Assistant training, I am also equipped with the appropriate competencies and expertise to boost your production.

I am willing to work based on your schedule and will always be available for any upcoming projects. I am also very much willing to be trained on any other tasks you may need.  Quality results, exceeding turn around times and delivering service level agreements are my important priorities. Most importantly, I can start as soon as possible.
