I am an Experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant for 7 Upgrade to see actual inforved on behalf of my clients, in doing warm and cold calls and setting phone appointments for realtors and prospect leads. I have Assisted realtors with their real estate transactions (KW Maryland, Coldwell Banker North Carolina) and has a wide experience in Contacts database/CRM and email management, social media management (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube). Experienced in using Hootsuite as a social media manager. I can do basic image manipulation and/or graphics design using Adobe Photoshop and has basic knowledge in video editing using Microsoft Movie Maker and Movavi.

I have been a Project Manager in the Company that I previously worked with and my role is to monitor, supervise and assist my teaUpgrade to see actual infombers with their tasks. I have 6 people on my team and part of my job is also to solve issues with Clients and primarily find solutions with their concerns. 

My expertise includes Skip tracing/Contacts Research, Web research, Data-entry, and Administrative Support. I am Proficient in MS Office suites such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher. Has experience in Customer Support through chat, email, and phone.
