I've been in the call center industry for quite sometime now, 8 years to be exact. My experiences were being a Market Researcher, we do surveys for election, and so as Telecoms in the US, I've experienced cold calling as well when I was hired as an appointment setter in a call center and our product are security systems. I've been a Tele sales Associate as well for a lot of products in UK we do this live surveys. I have experienced cold calling as well being a Non-profit Tele sales associate where in we ask for donations in various charities. And my current experience is being a Virtual Assistant in a property Management Company (Real Estate). I've experienced Tenant Screening Applications, Admin Support and now I'm in the Maintenance Department.
I am a hardworking individual who would definitely focus on my job and will give importance to all opportunities that comes my way. I want a long term and stable job for me to provide for my family. I am a positive individual and a go getter, will provide ideas and suggestions if I'm asked for the company to progress.
