I am a former Customer Service Representative of AT&T in billing and sales for more than two years. My task is to analyze bills and the details so I could explain it to the customers well, answering customer complaints and inquiries, creating resolutions on problems, and offering services which lead to sales.
I also have an experience in supporting customers in Macy's and Bloomingdales where I handle orders, making sure that the order was processed and in delivery status, checking delivery status, upselling and taking care of the wedding registry.
Other customer support services I have experienced was in food chain restaurants and hotel where I learned how to deal with different types of people. Other tasks I've done are purchasing, reservations and front desk task.
In addition to my skills, I have the experienced to teach English as a Second Language (ESL) to Asian countries in an online platform. This work helps me to gain confidence in facing different people with different culture and also enhanced my communication skills and handling people.
To me, customer support is a very important task in a company to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat clients, and word of mouth. Through the years of working, I learned that knowledge of the work is important but attitude should come first. As a customer support, empathy and resolution is the major key to achieve satisfaction.
