I have over 7 years of experience working in the business and knowledge process outsourcing industry that have helped me to be flexible and resourceful with my daily tasks. I have worked as customer support in a telecommunication and e-commerce company. I have also worked as a finance officer and retention specialist in a publishing company. I was also able to do different daily tasks as a Virtual Assistant.
