Hi! My name is Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info but you can just simply call me Bim. I've been in the BPO industry for almost 9 years and 1 year as a freelance agent. I've handled different accounts such as large telco companies, technical support for a POS system, travel accounts, loan companies and insurance accounts.

I've been in different departments as well. Customer support, billing agent, quality support, technical support, loan manager, back-office assistant, travel agent and insurance agent.

I can confidently say that I can handle all types of queries whether it's on a call, email or chat. Almost a decade in the industry taught me a lot of things which I believe what makes me a great candidate for this job. With my years of experience, I have learned not only how to deal with customers but also how to make work-life enjoyable by being an optimistic teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to my teammates and team leads.

When it comes to the tools, it won't be a problem. I'm an expert when it comes to using ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, etc. I've used different tools for every account I have handled. I can also quickly learn to use new tools with even a small amount of time browsing through them.

I am looking for a new company where I can contribute all my learnings for the past years and also a company that I believe will provide me with new things to explore and learn.
