I'm an expert when it comes to using ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, etc. I've used different tools for every account I have handled. I can also quickly learn to use new tools with even a small amount of time browsing through them.
I am looking for a new company where I can contribute all my learnings for the past years and also a company that I believe will provide me with new things to explore and learn.
