I have over three years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, where I was responsible for assisting customers with inquiries about the product, guiding them through billing and payment processes, processing sales, providing basic troubleshooting, and scheduling appointments with technicians. Through this role, I have honed my communication skills and can confidently converse with American customers over the phone. More recently, I transitioned to a home-based position as a real estate virtual assistant. In this role, I have successfully completed cold calling, SMS campaigns, and various administrative tasks for my clients. I have also been able to leverage my expertise to set appointments with potential clients, garnering praise from my employers. I am well-versed in using Podio, Calltools, Mojo, Launch Control, Batchleads, and Zillow, and have even undertaken Instagram management responsibilities, which include finding new clients, engaging with them, and communicating with them through DMs. I pride myself on being responsible, dedicated, hardworking, and adaptable to any situation that arises in my work. I also work as a Quality Analyst within the Real Estate industry, specifically focusing on evaluating the performance of Cold Callers.
