in one of the Savings Bank here in the Philippines which is Producers Savings Bank. Working here for about 9 months I've done my duties and responsibilities smoothly, which are:

Checks all daily bank transactions (Call Backing)

 Prepares daily Journal Entries and generate it in the system
• 
  Ensures that all transactions to “Due from Head Office” is balance from Head Office
•   
Checks all daily bank transactions (Call Backing)
•   
 Prepares Liquidation Report 
•       Examines daily transactions in our Depository Bank (Land Band of the Philippines)
•       Performs daily Bank Reconciliation (Branch-Head office) ; (Bank to Bank Recon.)
•       Prepares Schedule of Accruals (AR & AP), Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
       (Ageing) Reports
•       Prepares report for New and Closed Accounts of the clients
•       Checks budget and forecast for the branch management regularly
•       Prepares Audit before Loans will be released
•       Releases bank loans
•       Prepares Financial Reports and Income & Expense Reports at month-end
•       Prepares Tax Remittance every month and quarterly
•       Ensures compliance with accounting deadlines.
And now, I am currently working at Sanford Marketing Corporation (SAVEMORE MARKET) as Accounting Assistant (OIC). We use SAP system which provides Accounting records, and so on. My duties and responsibilities in this retail and marketing company are:
•   Company’s daily sales audit
•   Accounts Payable
•   Accounts Receivable
•   Tenants Billing
•   Forex Purchase and Forex sales report
•  Tenants Billing
•  Payroll Deduction Report
•  Costing
•  Operation and Expense (OPEX) Report
