Profile Description

I have acquired a combined 10 years extensive experience on Customer Service (Email, Chat & phone), Team Management, Quality Assurance, Admin Support and Provisioning or Order Fulfillment which includes various roles from a US based telco-company to Australia's biggest Telco Companies & University. 

I led and trained a group of TeleUpgrade to see actual infoeter & Support Team. 

I previously worked for a Dropshipping eCommerce Website as Order Fulfillment Specialist and have background experience with Amazon, Ebay, AliExpress & Shopify. 

I previously used Zik Analytics & AutoDs for listing products in eBay as Product Lister for a Dropshipping eCommerce site.

I'm also well-versed with Google sheet, Excel & Microsoft Office Applications for Data Entry and knows the functions of Pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP,XLOOKUP, IF and many more.
