       I have 12 years of extensive experience as a 'logistics staff' in a very fast paced semiconductor firm environment. For five years, I was assigned as a Purchasing Engineer where I was tasked to source out  for suppliers and products, evaluate quotations from different suppliers, negotiate for the best prices and terms, place orders of products and expedite its deliveries and Upgrade to see actual infoven years later, I was assigned as a Purchasing Executive wherein my functions includes materials planning, inventory replenishment/management and still with purchasing functions as well.
      We plan our buffer stocks based on"Customers' Daily Sales Forecast Report" which is being supplied by our customer service everyday. We also use the 'Materials Average Daily/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Report' to monitor the movements of our materials on stock. Lastly, we also use our 'instincts' based on our years of experience in the industry  and we are always keeping abreast with the 'current events' and news around the world that may affect our shipments /business.
      I'm well versed in Ms office; WORD and EXCEL and have done some data entry jobs to make our Weekly/Quarterly/Annual reports. We use emails to correspond w/in the different departments in the company and with suppliers and customers as well. We're in constant communication with our mostly foreign suppliers especially if they encounter problems with their production line that might incur Upgrade to see actual infoys in their deliveries. 
      As a Virtual Assistant, I've undergone training for my admin skills such as; web research, WordPress, social media management, schedule management, general transcription, freelance writing, SEO and a little of bookkeeping/ Quickbooks.  I'm enthusiastic to learn new skills especially in the eCommerce industry.
      I am very much interested to join a successful or even a fast rising E-commerce business. Rest assured that I'm a team player and a responsible person.  I can work with zero to minimal supervision.
      Looking forward to landing a full-time job and a long-term employment in  an eCommerce company.
