Profile Description

I currently work for an Australian VoIP company as a virtual assistant. Over the past five years, I have worked as a provisioning specialist for SIPcity Australia. Previously, I worked for a BPO company specializing in financial services, e-commerce, and telecommunications for nearly seven years. As a result, I maintained a high standard of service delivery and was able to identify my own improvement needs. 
Project management and administrative tasks are my areas of expertise. Researching accurately, managing emails, as well as taking calls and providing support via chat are all skills I excel at. Based on my skills summary, I'm pretty flexible about what tasks I'll be assigned. My promise to you is that I will never abandon a task, and you will always be able to reach me. Because of this, you'll rely on me to be there for you whenever you need me.If you require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you won't spend a lot of time training me. As a matter of fact, I might as well learn it myself, as I did with most of my other jobs. You can rest assured that I am able to adapt easily to any type of training or program the job requires.
