Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry (call center) for 6 years catering to customer service and technical support. After BPO, I worked as a bedside nurse at CHH for 6 months. After my hospital experience, I worked in the CPO industry as a clinical researcher at SWH for 1 year. After my CPO experience, I started my freelancing journey. I have been a Virtual Assistant to Amazon Sellers for 2 years. I do daily seller central account duties, Amazon product listing and product research, customer service duties, and resolve case log issues.

I am a goal-driven person. I always make sure I finish my tasks on time.
With the work schedules, I have experienced fixed scheduling and shifting schedule. Any working schedule will work for me.

I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
I am also skilled in cultivating positive relationships with clients and colleagues; particularly adept at communicating with clarity and diplomacy to individuals from diverse cultural and organizational backgrounds.

As a supervisor before in my previous job, I was able to develop strong leadership skills; able to prioritize, delegate tasks, and make sound decisions quickly while maintaining a focus on the bottom line.

I am good at multitasking, it helps me reach my goal on time.
I am open to any feedback most especially to the negative ones because it makes me work harder to make a better version of myself.
