I spent 5 years working for a title company in USA dealing with US Real Estate Research and Mortgage Services wherein I gained vast experience searching in government websites (i.e County Recorder's site) and other available resources. I am very familiar doing due diligence tasks including:

- Curating data and encoding it to the Database or system
- Determining Tax Due Dates, Tax Amounts, and Delinquent Taxes
