I worked in the corporate world exactly 6 years and 1 month, from being a Customer Service Representative/Sale Support to Technical Support Specialist to Chat Support Specialist. With these jobs I mentioned, I can surely say that I have the skills and background being customer service. My experience being a customer service is wide; with the first company I worked with, I provide customer service for Telcom subscribers, I also created tickets and escalated them to the higher department who work at the back end. I also became a part of a Tier 3 support with the same Telcom Company, I was part of the team who resolved subscribers issues on the back end. On my second company, it was where I experienced being a chat and email support specialist, we worked for Amazon, we check the product online and also answer customers issue with their orders, processed returns and refunds as well as replacements. I have worked as an Outbound Appointment Setter for almost 1 year. I was able to get a project as a Data Entry Clerk for a Canadian Company; we do web research for the dimensions of certain products that were purchased from their company. I was also an Online English Teacher for more than 1 year, I teach Chinese students to speak conversational English.
