As an Amazon Product Specialist/ eCommerce Account Manager my role was to:
-Delegate and manage data entry tasks (fixing suppressed listings on Amazon, merging ASIN, activating inactive items of vendor customers, etc.)
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) and effectively identifies errors on product description pages on Amazon (for vendor customers) - Typographical errors, title discrepancies, grammar and bad characters,
-Delegate tasks effectively to tea
-Ensure each tea
-Adding single products manually or adding bulk products in a flat file (excel)
-Supervise and create the upload of new product descriptions and edit existing product descriptions to make sure they are up to date and free of errors, placing emphasis on properly merchandising and presenting the product description in a way that generates the most profitable sales.
-Responsible for achieving and exceeding performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly and monthly input targets while operating autonomously.
-Optimizing existing product description pages of listings for customers on their Amazon vendor account.
-Respond to customer inquiries related to Amazon
- Create tickets for Amazon site if internal changes have not been implemented
-Conduct research on seller identities and credentials
- Inventory reports (Active listing reports, Inventory Health)
-Removal of neutral and negative feedback from the customer.
