If my profile is fit for the job, I am just one invitation away.
I have a year of experience as a virtual assistant assisting for everything that my client needs. And I've done things that I've never done before and no idea what it is for, but I was able to do it still in a timely manner and was able to satisfy my client's need.
English is not my native language since I am from the Philippines. But as we all know, Filipino's are really great when it comes to adopting the accent and language of other countries. Since 2009, when one event happens in our college school, one of the call center trainers that will conduct training in our area went to me and asked me if I am interested to attend the training, I told her that I am actually still in 2nd year college and not thinking of working yet, but she insisted that I should take the training and it'll be beneficial for me in the future. And told her that I need to think about it first. She even offered to have training for free even though there is a fee for that, she told me that she will be my sponsor once I agree on having the training. And I did attend. Because ever since English is my favorite subject.
One way of me practicing English is through writing. I did some work as a content writing just to try it.
I worked in marketing as well, did an email marketing sending email to prospective partners. And also posting ads on Instagram and Facebook. Also been a Sales representative doing outbound calls and asking those leads if they are still interested or if they are interested in buying a specific product. Calling leads if they are willing to invest in a business.
I worked as an Accounts Receivable for a business to business account in a BPO set up. Sending invoices to business and following up for their payments. Putting their account in legal collections if no payment was received. Done disputing as well. And cash application.
I have worked as customer service as well worked with one of the biggest banks in the USA. Answering inbound calls assisting customers with their concerns, such as available balance, current balance, what is this charge for, when is the due date, and so on.
