Profile Description

I've been working as a Virtual Assistant since 2017. I was able to manage admin tasks and processing orders for the E-commerce company I have worked with. Aside from that, I also have an experience with product researching and listing for Ebay. I also manage emails and replying to the customers whenever they have inquiry. I also process returns and cancellation of orders. Mainly everything when it comes to E-commerce tasks. I was assigned as a Manager of Listers from my previous client. I monitored daily number of listings and monthly target. 

I also have been in Appointment Setting, Outbound Sales, Social Media Management/Marketing, and Digital Marketing. I was able to try a lot of skills and jobs but I am still willing to learn more.

I became a Team Lead Manager and handled a team. I have trained new upcoming Team Lead Managers and agents. Providing assistance during transition and support for the team. I was able to do video tutorials of processes for the company. 

I was able to use a lot of tools like e-commerce tools, Podio, Call Tools, Call Rail, Xencall and a lot more different dialers (I lost count already).

Aside from Virtual Assistant position, I was a Senior Customer Service Associate / Sales Associate in a BPO Company and spent 5 years with the same company. With that experience, I learned how to do sales talk, communicate with customers that have negative attitude and I learned how to deal with pressure.
