I do well in encoding using MS-word because that's what I do on daily basis. Oftentimes, I make a summary on what is being discussed under a health related meeting/seminar that my head nurse couldn't attend (which in most cases she wouldn't show up).
I research also a lot about what's hot on the tech-world and latest news just to be updated and aware of our surroundings locally and internationally.
I am open to new ideas and trainings if necessary to get a job done with good remarks.
